- Submit copies
of your home's listing to each member of the GMAC sales staff (Glen Ellyn and
Wheaton offices)
- Input your
home's information through our many Internet web sites to maximize exposure.

- Advertise
your home in the appropriate media.
- Customize a
creative feature sheet with highlight photos and a list including all

- Place a GMAC

- Hold a public
open house as needed.
- Personally
target the top agents in our market area with information on your home. Send a
reminder flyer once a month.
- Hold a
brokers' open house (with one of us present to answer questions) within one
week from listing date. Repeat as necessary.
- Send mailers
or knock on 100 doors in your surrounding area letting them know you are on the

- Follow up
with any cooperating brokers who have shown your property for their
feedback.
- Update you
weekly as to any feedback in showings or changes in the market.

as a buyer's agent when looking to purchase another home for your family
locally or connecting you with an agent through our established referral

upon the presentation of all contracts by cooperating brokers and help you

informed after the contract has been accepted by following up on the terms of
the agreement. (mortgage contingency, title, survey and other closing
