I am happy to
recommend Caryn and Stephen Haas as a great real estate team. As a first
time home buyer, I wanted to see everything on the market in my price range in
several different towns. Caryn really listened to what I wanted and needed in a
home. If Caryn was busy, Stephen was available to show me properties.
Caryn and Stephen Haas made me feel important to them as a
client, now as a friend. Because I was educated on the market, I was able
to compare asking price, condition, and location when making my final choice in
homes. Stephen actually talked me out of buying a home that was priced too high
for the amount of work the house needed. At another point, we found a great
home but I did not care for the location because it backed up to a busy street.
Caryn and Stephen wrote letters to the homeowners in that same subdivision
asking if anyone was thinking of moving. They hand delivered these letters in
January on my behalf. The next week another ranch came on the market but on an
interior lot. This is the house I purchased.
